摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten downtime in an electromagnetic induction heating device having a magnetic flux adjustment means, to increase the lifetime of an induction electrical heating element that is a heating body, and to improve image quality in an image heating and fixing device. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating system has the induction electrical heating element 1 for generating heat by the action of the generated magnetic flux of a magnetic flux generation means 30, and heats a material to be heated by heat generated by the induction electrical heating element. There are provided the magnetic flux adjustment means 11 for changing density distribution for a heating section longitudinal direction crossing the conveyance direction of the material to be heated of the magnetic flux acting on the induction electrical heating element from the magnetic flux generation means, a first temperature detection means 13 for detecting the temperature of the induction electrical heating element corresponding to the inside of the conveyance region of the material to be heated, and a second temperature detection means 14 for detecting the temperature of the induction electrical heating element corresponding to the outside of the conveyance region of the material to be heated. In this case, the magnetic flux generation means 30 reaches an arrangement region E of the second temperature detection means of the induction electrical heating element, and the magnetic flux adjustment means 11 is set outside a small-size region B of the material to be heated and outside the arrangement region E of the second temperature detection means 14 of the induction electrical heating element 1.
