HETEROGENEOUS HYBRID COMPUTER CONNECTING SYSTEM AND PROCESSING ASSIGNMENT METHOD AND CHARGING METHOD IN SAME SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the assignment of a proper processing in a service on a heterogeneous hybrid computer environment. SOLUTION: A request managing means 3022 accepts a request, and stores contents, and manages the execution of the request contents. A request managing means 3022 divides the request into a plurality of jobs. A service result outputting means 3023 generates the output data of the execution result of the request. A job execution time predicting means 3024 estimates a time required for completing the request based on the circumstances of a calculation resource or the request contents at the time of accepting the request. A job scheduling managing means 3025 decides the execution schedule of the job divided based on the request, and monitors the execution circumstances of the job, and transmits the result of the job to a service result outputting means 3023 when the job is ended.
