PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of a crime preventing holder and a self-sounding type crime prevention tag, and to easily install the crime preventing holder to a storage case. SOLUTION: This illegal bringing-out prevention device comprises a hinge part 13 of the storage case 11 and the crime preventing holder 31 with a lock mechanism 34 capable of being detachably fitted on an end part on the opposite side. The crime preventing holder is stuck with a paper-like crime prevention tag 37, and is disposed with the self-sounding type crime prevention tag. By locking/releasing the lock mechanism, power of the self-sounding type crime prevention tag is turned on/off. The crime preventing holder and the self-sounding type crime prevention tag are not separated, the crime preventing holder can be easily installed to the storage case, and a double crime prevention effect by the paper-like crime prevention tag and the self-sounding type crime prevention tag can be obtained.
