PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a temperature sensor element comparatively easily. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the temperature sensor element comprising a thermocouple formed by bonding two kinds of different materials is characterized by using a transfer sheet wherein a thermocouple pattern layer is formed on a support sheet, laminating the thermocouple pattern layer on a substrate, and performing thereafter heat treatment.
