OPTICAL MEASURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring apparatus for optically measuring as an incident angle and an exit angle are arbitrarily changed. SOLUTION: A cylindrical element 15 transmitting an incident light and an exit light is formed and protrudes from a side face of a vessel 30. An optical measuring part 10 is disposed in the cylindrical element 15. The side face of the cylindrical element 15 at the optical measuring part 10 is continuously formed so as to surround a periphery of a sample 2 in the direction for changing the incident angle of the incident light to the sample 2 and the direction for changing the exit angle of the exit light from the sample 2, and constitutes a light transmitting part 12.
