PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for attaching a part provided on a back surface of an interior trim part, that can improve attaching work efficiency and attachment stability by individually accurately performing tuning work when the clip is inserted or removed. SOLUTION: The clip 30 formed on the back surface of the interior trim (center pillar garnish) 11 so as to project toward a vehicle body panel 20 side is provided with substantially bilaterally symmetrical elastic leg pieces 32a, 32b connected at a front end 331. The width a1 of the leg pieces of at front end portions 33a, 33b are small such that the insertion force of the clip 30 is reduced. The width a2 of leg pieces of the proximal end portions 34a, 34b are large such that the removing force of the clip 30 is increased.
