PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional laminate shaping method capable of largely shortening the time required in an exposure process by irradiating an uncured resin layer with ultraviolet rays emitted from a DMD projector to perform surface exposure, and a three-dimensional laminate shaping apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional laminate shaping method is characterized by repeating a process for projecting the cross-sectional shape of a three-dimensional article to be shaped on the exposing surface of a resin composition 14 by the DMD projector (exposure means 12) using ultraviolet rays as a main light source to laminate the resin composition 14. When the cross-sectional shape corresponding to one layer is projected on a plurality of places and/or projected so as to be divided into a plurality of times or the cross-sectional shape corresponding to one layer is projected, a process for projecting the cross-sectional shape and a process for projecting the cross-sectional shape as a shape allowed to offset inside and/or outside are performed.
