PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new high precision press where a plate (a pressurizing members) is easily handled, further, followability (correction performance) to the ununiformity in the thickness of the objects to be pressed is excellent, and also, part items after press can separately be taken out. SOLUTION: The press 1 is a device for pressing by holding parts between confronted two faces 10A and 50A. A mold holding board 50 including one face 50A of the two faces is rotatably supported via a spherical bearing 60 having a center on the perpendicular of the face, and a fixing means 70 stopping the rotation of the mold holding board 50 is mounted, and further, an elastic sheet 81 is easily attachably and detachably to the one face 50A of the two faces.
