The tracheostoma tube is designed as a tube (1) comprising a cylindrical extension (2) attached to its distal end by gluing, welding or screwing, fitted with an adapter (3) for the joining of a valve, a respiratory device, or a speaking valve. The adapter (3) is made of a particularly soft and thermoplastic material sealed airtight against the tube (1). An airtight connecting of the related parts is facilitated by the ribbed inner surface (31).
