<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite type mixed conductor excellent in productivity and capable of obtaining a GDC/MFO at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the composite type mixed conductor, a composition for an oxygen ion conductor is formed by heating and keeping a raw material composition containing a cerium oxide and a gadolinium oxide at a specified temperature, and a composition for an electron conductor phase is formed by heating and keeping a raw material composition containing a cobalt oxide and an iron oxide, then the composition for the oxygen ion conductor and the composition for the electron conductor phase are pulverized and mixed, then the mixed powder is granulated into a granule, and it is molded into a specified form and the obtained molding is fired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
