<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use desired contents in a moving body through relatively simple operation without requiring any dedicated device for each content providing center. <P>SOLUTION: A content receiving means 51 of a transmitter receiver 5 mounted on the moving body receives ciphered contents distributed from a content providing center 1 and an authenticating device communication means 52 is used according to an instruction of an individual authenticating means 55 to acquire personal information from an on-vehicle authenticating device 3 detachably mounted on an IC card 31 having a personal information storage means 32; and the personal information and identification information on the ciphered contents are sent to an authentication charging center 2 by using a data transmitting means 53 and a key data receiving means 54 to acquire key data for deciphering the ciphered contents, and the key data are transferred to a content reproducing device 4 together with the ciphered contents, so that the ciphered contents are deciphered and reproduced by using the key data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
