<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the SN ratio of a signal showing the rotation quantity around each base shaft can not be improved in a conventional oscillator device. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillator device includes a plurality of oscillator units having respectively one of a plurality of oscillators for outputting respectively a signal having a polarity corresponding to the direction of an attitude change, which is a signal for showing the attitude change of the oscillator device, and an operation part for operating a plurality of signals outputted from the plurality of oscillators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
