<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for a vehicle body cover with sufficient convenience. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle body cover storage device, a truncated cone-like winding drum is provided in a case body fixed into a trunk of the vehicle and the vehicle body cover is unwindably wound by rotating the winding drum by a driving mechanism. A length adjustment mechanism is provided on a connection string and the vehicle body cover is connected to the connection string by an adhesive. The rotation of the winding drum is controlled in one direction by one direction rotation mechanism. Further a brush and an absorption material are provided inside the case and the case is fixed in the trunk by a fixing member. By such a constitution, pay-out and take-up of the vehicle body cover are facilitated and the vehicle body cover can be certainly and rightly attached.
