<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball which has ball outer appearance to be continuously changed in color tone by angle, is excellently bright with harmonization in the color tone of the whole ball, has excellent spin performance, and resists scratch. <P>SOLUTION: The golf ball includes a core; and a cover having not less than two layers, so as to cover the core. A base material in the outermost layer cover of the cover is a thermoplastic resin, and contains 0.2-5 mass pts. of cholesteric liquid crystal polymer per 100 mass pts. of the thermoplastic resin. The base material of an inner cover adjacent to the outermost layer cover is the thermoplastic resin, and contains≤1 mass pts. of titanium oxide and≤1 mass pts. of fluorescent pigment respectively per 100 mass pts. of the thermoplastic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
