摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament heating circuit for an X-ray generation device capable of surely detecting disconnection even when an excitation current is increased. SOLUTION: When a current detection value Ifdet detected by a current detection means 16 is inputted to a disconnection threshold control part 25, the detection value Ifdet is inputted to an OP amplifier 20 and amplified in the control part 25, and thereafter a voltage (det) corresponding to its output is inputted to a threshold comparison part 21. By comparing, in a threshold comparison part 21, the voltage with a voltage corresponding to the disconnection detection threshold value preset in a threshold setting part 24, a conformity/nonconformity determination part 22 determines to be in nonconformity in the case where the current detection value is larger to operate the threshold setting part 24 through a threshold setting changeover part 23; and in the setting part 24, a disconnection detection threshold value is changed to a value larger than a previous value by switching a switch SW.
