PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street terminal allowing a user and an administrator to easily handle a message dialog in use of the Internet for safe use. SOLUTION: In receipt of data recognizing a window allowing display by a web browser 13, a window to be displayed instead of the window allowing display by the web browser, information files 16 and 17 storing contents of processing to be operated automatically, and notification of display by the web browser from an operation system 12, it is determined whether the window is a window registered in the information files or not. If it is determined that the window is the registered one, processing stored in the information files to be operated automatically is carried out, and at the same time, the window registered in the information files is displayed by a browser application 14 provided in this street terminal 10.
