PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed tray capable of arbitrarily restraining a pressure means of a side fence and fixing a position of the side fence according to the size of a sheet material without being affected by the pressure means, and to provide a paper feed device equipped therewith. SOLUTION: This paper feed tray 1, in which the pair of side fences 3 mounted with a means 5 for pressing in the width direction of the sheet material 9 by an elastic member mounted on one side or both sides are provided on a loading surface of the sheet material 9 to perform the paper feed in order from the uppermost one of the sheet materials layered on the loading surface, comprises a restraint means 7 for restraining the pressure means 5 provided at the side fence 3.
