PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which creates no gap between its cover side edge and package body even when its content is heavy. SOLUTION: This packaging container comprises a tubular package body 1 whose top is open, a cover 6 whose base part is connected to one opening side of the body 1 for freely closing the opening, a hanging piece 4 provided roughly in the center of the cover 6, a foldable sleeve piece 13 provided each on both side edges of the cover 6, a hole 14 provided on the body 1, and a tab piece 9 provided on the sleeve piece 13 to be inserted in the hole 14.
