PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dam water inflow amount predicting device, a dam water inflow amount predicting method and a dam water inflow amount predicting program capable of predicting accurately a water inflow amount into a dam in rain fall, in response to a situation. SOLUTION: This device/method is provided with a rain fall waveform generating part 101 for generating a rain fall waveform based on a predicted rain fall data, a rain fall time range cut-out part 103 for cutting out a rain fall time range from the rain fall waveform, a rain fall patternization part 105 for selecting a rain fall pattern corresponding to the the rain fall waveform of the rain fall time range out of the plurality of rain fall patterns registered in a distribution rate table storage part 107, a rain fall pattern matching part 109 for retrieving a flood waveform corresponding to the rain fall waveform of the rain fall time range, using a flood waveform database 111, a constant calculating part 113 for calculating a constant used in a storage function method, based on a data of the flood waveform retrieved by the rain fall pattern matching part 109, and an inflow amount computing part 115 for finding the water inflow amount into the dam, by executing computation by the storage function method from a rain fall start time point to the present time point.
