PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output controller of an internal combustion engine which can reduce effectively an acceleration shock accompanying pressing of an accelerator pedal. SOLUTION: The output controller of the internal combustion engine includes a calculator 14 for obtaining a predicted torque T<SB>E</SB>of the engine 4 based on a torque map from an intake manifold pressure Pm and an engine rotational speed N, a predicted model compensator 16 for outputting a target torque T<SB>O</SB>in which a longitudinal vibration of a vehicle is reduced based on the predicted model of the vehicle with the predicted torque T<SB>E</SB>as an input, and an ignition timing controller 20 for controlling ignition timing of the engine 4 based on a torque deviationΔT between the target torque T<SB>O</SB>and the predicted torque T<SB>E</SB>from the predicted model compensator 16.
