PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel for a vehicle capable of absorbing the impact force in the event of secondary collision effectively while the design quality is enhanced, the construction is made light, and saving the space is established. SOLUTION: The instrument panel 2 for the vehicle includes a supporting member 4 protruding to inside the vehicle cabin 13 from the central upper part of a toe board 5 of the vehicle 10 in such an arrangement as supported by the supporting member 4 and positioned in the cabin 13 isolated from the toe board 5, wherein a space 9 is formed between the toe board 5 and the instrument panel 2.
