PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole which can arbitrarily stimulate a pressure point on the bottom of a person's foot, when he/she walks and seats himself/herself. SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 11 for generating vibrations by a direct-current power supply from a battery 12 is arranged in the insole 10. In the insole 10, a switch 19 is arranged on a surface corresponding to a position of a big toe 18 of the person's foot 13. When continuously pushed for a predetermined time by the big toe 18 of his/her foot 13, the switch 19 turns on; a motor driving circuit 15 of the oscillation circuit 11 generates a rectangular wave; and a vibrating motor 16 vibrates depending on the rectangular wave. The vibrations vibrate the surface of the insole 10, and stimulate the pressure point 20 on the bottom 14 of his/her foot 13. In the stop of the vibrations, when continuously pushed by the big toe 18 of his/her foot 13 for a predetermined time, the switch 19 turns off, and the vibrations of the oscillation circuit 11 are stopped.
