PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic not requiring an action to break particles on a hand before applying it to skin, free from the remains of capsule coating films of particles when applied, familiar to the skin and having beautiful appearance and refreshing feeling. SOLUTION: In this cosmetic, the particles having 0.5-5 mm average particle diameter are dispersed in an aqueous medium having≥500 mPa s viscosity at 25°C and these particles are disintegrated when discharged from a container and average particle diameter of disintegrated particles after discharge is 50-400μm and the disintegrated particles having≤400μm diameters occupy 70 vol% based on total particles.
