PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool unit for reducing labor in coping with a case of a different working diameter or a case with dislocated center to improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: This tool unit 1 has a holder 3, a cartridge 5, and a cutting insert 7. A through-hole 13 is arranged in the holder 3, and an adjusting screw hole 15 is arranged perpendicular to the through-hole 13 in a holder side collar-shaped part 11. A cap screw 17 is penetratingly inserted into the through-hole 15, and the tip side of a shaft part 19 is joined to the cartridge 5. An adjusting screw 29 is threadedly engaged with the adjusting screw hole 15, and a position of the cartridge 5 is adjusted by moving the shaft part 19 in the radial direction by rotating the adjusting screw 29. A recessed part 33 is arranged on the cartridge side of the holder 3, and a projecting part 37 of the cartridge 5 is fitted in this recessed part 33, and guides the movement of the cartridge 5.
