PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a certain shaped pipe joint by preparing a pipe both ends of which are expanded and a pipe one end of which is expanded, and the other end of which is cut in a curved surface shape and positioning the surface curved end part of the pipe on the outer circumferential surface of the corresponding pipe. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing pipe joint comprises a step of inserting an end portion of a pipe into the outer circumferential surface of a front portion of an pipe expansion part of the pipe expansion machine; a step(910) of penetrating a tapered front portion of an operation bar into an opening of the pipe expansion part through a hydraulic cylinder such that the front portion of the pipe expansion part is radially expanded; and a step(920) of returning the front portion of the pipe expansion part to its original position again by elastic force of coil springs installed on the outer circumferential surface of the pipe expansion part with being spaced from one another in a certain distance when the front portion of the operation bar is returned to the initial position again through a hydraulic cylinder after completing pipe expansion of the end portion of the pipe through the front portion of the pipe expansion part.
