PURPOSE: A press-fitting device of a valve guide for a cylinder head is provided to install the valve guide easily, and to reduce fatigue of a worker by inserting the valve guide to the cylinder head with rotational force of the press bolt. CONSTITUTION: A valve guide press-fitting device comprises a housing(10) placed in a valve guide fitting hole(11) of a cylinder head and composed of a penetration hole of a female screw part, a press bolt(20) inserted to the penetration hole of the housing and composed of a longitudinal male screw part, an adaptor member(30) mounted in the head part of the press bolt and composed of a rotating unit turning the press bolt, a press bar(40) contacted to the end of the press bolt and a valve guide(41) to press the valve guide by pressure of the press bolt, and a guide panel(50) composed of a guide hole for guiding the press bar and installed in the lower part of the housing.
