PURPOSE: A belt and rope safety compensating device by using a spring and rubber is provided to use for any kinds of belts and ropes, to easily bind loaded objects and freights, and to prevent loosening of the belt caused by movement of freights by expansion and return motions of the spring. CONSTITUTION: In a belt and rope safety compensating device by using a spring and rubber, a spring belt safety device is connected directly to a vehicle body and mounted to all kinds of ropes and belts. Rubber with elasticity, as a substitute for the spring, is used for noise and a small quantity of freights and loaded objects. A belt(1) is folded and inserted into a belt holder of a belt connection unit(2a,2b) to form a belt hole for combining a spring connection unit(7).
