COOLING UNIT INCLUDING HEXAHEDRON HEAT SINK AND COOLING BODY ARRANGED BENEATH HEAT SINK

PURPOSE: A cooling unit is provided to prevent an environmental contamination and minimize heat resistance, by comprising a hexahedron heat sink and a cooling body arranged beneath the heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A cooling unit(100) comprises an hexahedron heat sink and a cooling body(130). The heat sink includes a base plate(112); vertical pins(114) arranged at four corners on an upper surface of the base plate; horizontal pins(120) for connecting the vertical pins in a horizontal direction; and a heat radiation pin(124) for connecting on pair of the opposed horizontal pins. The cooling body is arranged beneath the base plate, and includes a cooling jacket having a cooling pipe(134) arranged inside the cooling jacket such that both ends of the cooling pipe are communicated to outside. A foam metal layer(136) is brazed to the cooling pipe so as to maximize a surface area for the fluid flowing through the cooling pipe.
