<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem associated with conventional coupon tickets that finding a coupon ticket to be used from the massive coupon tickets takes much labor including input, time, and operations when the coupon ticket to be used is located in the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A user personally finds no coupon ticket desired by the user from a huge number of coupon tickets. A character forms general user coupon information by periodically and automatically collecting information on the coupon tickets to be used by the user in behalf of the user. The obtained general user coupon information is transmitted and received to and from a cellular telephone or a portable information terminal and the like.
