<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create and provide information matching taste of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The user A views a program X, in which persons A and B appear. In a T_UM_VALUE database managing taste data of the user A, a numerical value of the user A to the person A is written. In this case, when the user A views the program X, the value to the person A is updated to a ScoreA'. In the T_UM_VALUE database of the user A, a numerical value of the user A to the person B is not written. In this case, an element meaning the person B and a ScoreB allocated to the person B are newly written in the T_UM_VALUE database.
