<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for a screen printing plate giving a print free of blur, a photosensitive resin film for a screen printing plate, and a screen printing plate with the photosensitive resin film. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for a screen printing plate comprises (i) a water-soluble polymer, (ii) a hydrophobic copolymer A of a polymerizable monomer M<SP>1</SP>having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group and a polymerizable monomer M<SP>2</SP>having at least one fluorine atom and at least one ethylenically unsaturated group, and (iii) a photo-crosslinking agent, blended in an aqueous medium, wherein the hydrophobic copolymer A is emulsified and dispersed in the aqueous medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
