PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which the output torque can be enhanced as compared with that of a conventional motor while preventing magnets from scattering, and to provide a process for manufacturing its rotor. SOLUTION: Since a plurality of sintered magnets 12 for field are buried in a bond magnet layer 14 of the motor, these sintered magnets 12 can be prevented from scattering and the sintered magnets 12 can be secured stably by filling the space between the sintered magnets 12 with bond magnets 13. Since not only the sintered magnet 12 but also the bond magnet 13 has a flux, output torque of the motor can be enhanced. Since the bond magnet 13 is molded by inserting the sintered magnet 12 into a bond magnet molding die 22 in the process for manufacturing the rotor 10 of the motor, the sintered magnet 12 is integrated well with the bond magnet 13 and secured stably.
