PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor having a core subjected to insulation treatment employed in a small diameter motor. SOLUTION: An assembly of a shaft 4 and a core 9 is subjected to surface insulation treatment. An insulation treatment film is an electrodeposition film or a chemical conversion film.
