PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency device in which impedance mismatching, characteristic variations, a disconnection, etc., do not occur at a connection part in the high frequency device with a nonreversible circuit element mounted on a mounting substrate. SOLUTION: The front face of the mounting substrate is made to face the front face of an element substrate of the nonreversible circuit element, and a transmission line of the mounting substrate and an input-output line of the nonreversible circuit element are overlapped over the length ofλg/4.
