PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a front end circuit of a diversity radio communication device small-sized, light-weight, and low-cost and to realize reduction of switching noise and simplification of a switching circuit, for antenna switching and transmission/reception switching. SOLUTION: A diversity antenna switching circuit 2, a band pass filter circuit 4, and a transmission/reception switching circuit 6 which constitute a front end circuit 1 of the diversity radio communication device are incorporated in one package (wiring board). With respect to antenna switching and transmission/reception switching, a diode (rectifying means) D is interposed in a transmission path of a high frequency signal, and the diode D is made conductive by applying a DC control signal Con to permit transmission of the high frequency signal or the diode D is made non-conductive by not applying the signal Con to inhibit transmission of the high frequency signal, and thus switching between antennas ANT1 and ANT2 and switching between transmission and reception are performed.
