PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission device incorporating a transmission side terminal resistor, in which the occurrence of a reflected wave in case of impedance non-matching can be suppressed without being affected by dispersion of a manufacture parameter. SOLUTION: A resistance element (R3) is connected between differential nodes of a drive circuit (30) driving differential signal output nodes (D+, D-). In a current supply circuit (20) supplying current to the drive circuit, a resistance element (R4) is connected in parallel with a resistance element (R1) deciding supply current to a reception-side terminal resistor (R2) as a current adjusting element.
