PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive cooling of the inside of a storage case even in the maximum cooling performance of an air conditioner with a simple constitution, in the air conditioner for conditioning the air inside of the storage case storing an electric device for a cellular telephone base station. SOLUTION: This air conditioner comprises a suction duct 70 for sucking the air in the storage case 10, a cooler 20 for cooling the air sucked from the suction duct, and a blowout duct 80 for blowing out the air cooled by the cooler 20 to the storage case 10. A bypass flow channel 90 for sucking the air in the storage case 10, and making the sucked air bypass the cooler 20 to be blown out to the storage case 10 again, and a damper 100 as an air volume adjusting means for adjusting the air volume flowing to a cooler 20 side and the air volume flowing to a bypass flow channel 90, are mounted between the suction duct 70 and the blowout duct 80.
