PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board hard to produce an unimpregnated part not impregnated with a resin, capable of being suppressed in deformation or abrasion and excellent in durability, its manufacturing method and a casting model excellent in durability or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of hole parts 2 are provided to a base material 1 comprising a fiberboard. The base material 1 is impregnated with a thermosetting resin through its outer surface 8 and the hole parts 2, and the impregnated base material 1 is thermally cured. The hole parts 2 are provided so as to extend along the fiber laminated direction of the base material 1.
