PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high brightness molded product having high dimensional precision and high brightness, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This high brightness molded product is a molded product 15 which comprises an ultraviolet-curable resin 7, has a polygonal, polyhedral or smooth almost hemispherical fine shape and is provided with a metallic gloss layer. The manufacturing method of the high brightness molded product has a process for filling the recessed carved pattern 1 of a mold 2 with the ultraviolet-curable resin 7 using the mold 2 having the recessed carved pattern 1 having the polygonal, polyhedral or smooth almost hemispherical fine shape, a process for bonding a synthetic resin sheet 10 having light transmissivity to the ultraviolet-curable resin 7 under pressure, a process for irradiating the ultraviolet-curable resin 7 with ultraviolet rays 12 to cure the same and integrating the cured resin with the synthetic resin sheet 10, a process for peeling the synthetic resin sheet 10 integrated with the ultraviolet-curable resin 7 from the mold 2 and a process for providing the metallic gloss layer.
