PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring easily dioxin in an incinerator exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The dioxin in the exhaust gas is collected in a bulking agent, and a solution extracted from the bulking agent is analyzed thereafter by an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometer to measure the total amount of dioxin.
