PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a solubilizable cosmetic good in humectancy, suppressing greasiness inherent in carnitine as an ingredient, giving the skin well-feeling touch, and good in usability and appearance (clearness, transparency). SOLUTION: This solubilizable cosmetic contains (A) carnitine or a salt thereof and (B) one or more ingredients selected from polyoxyethylene methylglucosides and polyethylene glycols≥600 in number-average molecular weight.
