PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation method for steady-state terminal voltage of a battery, capable of calculating the terminal voltage of a battery. SOLUTION: With this calculation method for steady-state terminal voltage of battery during charging, a present charging current, the present battery temperature and the charge equivalent resistance and the charge effective no-load voltage in the present state are calculated, based on the charge equivalent resistance data calculated by way of constant current charging and charge effective no-load voltage data calculated by way of the data, and the steady state terminal voltage is calculated, based on the calculate charge equivalent resistance and the charge effective no-load voltage.
