PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel capable of changing and adjusting with ease a fitting position of support members supporting the floor, and a support structure and support method of the floor. SOLUTION: A length corresponding to the upper and lower range of the fitting position of the support member 30 is provided in the inside of the wall panel 10, a buried stile 16 for fixing the support member 30 is provided, and by fixing the support member 30 in a desired position in the vertical direction of the buried stile 16, the fitting position of the support member 30 can be changed and adjusted with ease.
