PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter locking device easily mountable, not to mention a new shutter to an existing shutter without special modification, and capable of positive locking. SOLUTION: The locking device 1 used for a shutter device for covering an opening with a shutter 107 formed by connecting a plurality of slats 108 of strip shape, comprises a mounting body 2 fixed to the non-movable side of the shutter device, and a locking body 3 supported to the mounting body 2.
