PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device of a mobile working machine capable of being traveled backward of the mobile working machine by another working vehicle to improve working efficiency in the building inside while preventing the fracture of power cables and, at the same time, carrying out work at a low cost. SOLUTION: The power supply device necessary for carrying out work in the building by connecting the power cables 4 to the mobile working machine 1 constituted by rotatably mounting an upper turning body 11 on a lower traveling body 10 is equipped with the ceiling rail 2 approximately horizontally mounted on the ceiling section of the building, a plurality of cable carriers 3 respectively movably provided along the ceiling rail and holding the power cables every predetermined interval, slip-rings 16 rotatably provided around a vertical shaft to a position separated from the turning center of the upper turning body and connecting the power cables hung down from the cable carriers and an arm member 23 fixing the basic ends to the slip-rings and holding the middle part of the power cables connected to the slip-rings by hanging down from the cable carriers at the front ends.
