PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple obi that is a simple obi having an obi shape attached to an obi body, is readily fastened with a belt sense even by an untrained hand and neither displaced nor loosened when fastened once. SOLUTION: Stretchable auxiliary bands 3a and 3b are attached to parts positioned at one end and a back part of the obi body 1 and both the auxiliary bands 3a and 3b are connected through a connecting fitting 5. The back part equipped with the obi shape 2 is provided with a length adjustment part 4 by folding back a part of the obi body 1 and the back part of the obi body 1 is furnished with a hard and elastic panel 7. An adhesive tape 8a is arranged in the inside at the tip of the obi body 1, not connected to the auxiliary band and an adhesive tape 8b is installed at the obverse side of the back part to which the obi shape 2 is attached so as to wind the obi body 1 around the body of kimono and to fix the tip part.
