PURPOSE: A system and a method for integrated management of a whole/retail sale system for wholesalers, retailers, and makers through the Internet are provided to offer profits to a seller and a buyer by fast/correctly transferring goods information, as trading systems separately operated by the wholesaler and the retailer are unified/managed as one system. CONSTITUTION: A goods information managing module(104) processes goods information such as price, quantity, and delivery for the sale goods of the whole/retail sale system. An order information managing module(106) processes order information such as the price, the quantity, and the delivery for the goods requested from the whole/retail sale system. A goods information database stores the goods information and the order information. A settlement information managing module(108) processes settlement information of goods transaction by recording/calculating expense settlement particulars between the whole/retail sale systems based on the order information and transmitting it to a financial system. A settlement information database(118) stores the settlement information.
