PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing drinking water of domestic animals, by which provided drinking water is useful to increase growth speed of the domestic animals, improve flesh, decrease generation of odor and provide resistance of disease to the domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (a) after flowing underground water or tap water in a mineral reactor having a packed column that is packed with packing materials such as ceramics, magnetite, minus ion radiating minerals and the like, supplying air thereto with a fan to partly cleave hydrogen bond of water molecules, thereby forming micro-clustered water; (b) after injecting water treated by the step (a) into a static voltage reactor having a built-in electrode packed with activated carbon, applying high static voltage thereto using a static voltage generator; (c) magnetizing the water treated by the step (b) with a magnetizer to prepare 5-6 molecules of micro-clustered water; and (d) after injecting the micro-clustered water into a microorganism cultivation tank, injecting useful microbacteria and microorganism culture medium thereinto to prepare a culture medium.
