PURPOSE: A fluorescent lamp heat radiating device, a back light assembly including the heat radiating device, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to easily emit heat generated from electrodes while preventing deterioration of display quality caused by introduction of particles. CONSTITUTION: A back light assembly(500) includes a fluorescent lamp assembly, a tube-type fluorescent lamp heat radiating device(100), and a frame(400). The fluorescent lamp assembly includes a plurality of fluorescent lamps(210) each having a fluorescent tube(212), and external electrodes(214) formed at both ends of the fluorescent tube, and a voltage applying unit(220) connected in parallel with the external electrodes to apply voltage to the external electrodes. The voltage applying unit prevents the external electrodes from being separated from the fluorescent lamp assembly. The fluorescent lamp heat radiating device includes an outer face(110) having a plurality of openings(112) into which the external electrodes are inserted to be fixed to the voltage applying unit. Both ends of the heat radiating device are opened to emit heat generated from the external electrodes. The frame accommodates the fluorescent assembly and the heat radiating device.
