A fire extinguisher with a clock is provided to correspond with an indoor interior, etc. without using a space for installing a separate extinguisher, and to rapidly find and use the present fire extinguisher even when a fire is broken out and then a power supply is stopped. The fire extinguisher with a clock includes: an extinguishing tube(15) of a closed-loop form; a spray head(25), arranged on a one side of the extinguishing tube(15) and spraying the extinguishing liquid according to the operation; and a clock(35), mounted onto the inside surface of the extinguishing tube(15); besides a word(4a) for indicating the extinguisher, arranged on a front surface of a clock plate(35a) and identified with aid of a light emitting unit even when it becomes dark.
